Our blending process was slow and deliberate, ensuring that every barrel contributed to a balanced and consistent final product. Every batch will feature a different iteration of the thematic curated artwork adding a touch of collectability, making it not just a drink, but a piece of art to be cherished.
The blending process for Rare Character Limited Release is a true art form. For Batch #1, we began with a foundation of 5.5-15 year Kentucky-distilled straight wheated bourbon whiskey & Kentucky straight rye bourbon whiskey. This careful process allowed us to maintain consistency and highlight the sweet, dessert-like qualities of the wheat bourbon, while balancing it with oak, tannins, and a cask strength of 113 proof.
